Quizzes are given every Friday and are scored according to percent correct.  Tests are given at the end of each unit of study and are also scored according to percent correct.  Daily DAREs are graded according to the degree of participation and timeliness.  Daily assignments are graded for completeness and correctness according to the classroom norms.  Homework is given at least once per week.  Classroom assignments not finished in class should be taken home and completed before the next class session.  Grades of D and F are considered to be deficient.    

100--90 = A (excellent)     89--80 = B (good)    79--70 = C (average)     69--60 = D (below average)     59 and below = F (failing).
